Well, i've not given any updates in awhile, i so i decided it was time. lets see......

my brothers girlfriend/fiance is here from washington. she got here on Tues. they've been enjoying themselves while she's been here so yay for them. today, one of the adventures they had was seeing a new bird flying around the bird oasis i have at my moms house. well, after a bit of stalking, wetting, running, chasing and grabbing, they caught a bird. so i now have a new lovebird. i love him/her. i need to do some research to see if i'm able to sex it, so i can name it appropriately. anyways, it is has a red beak, green, yellow and black feathers. i was thinking something along the line of an island/jamaican name since those are jamaica's colors. so if you have any input, do tell. he/she was hyper tonight cuz there were a lot of people and it was scared, but when i got it back to my place, i fed it and it quieted down. he/she was interracting with me. yay!

in other news, i bought a zune. i'm yet to take it with me and listen to it, because i'm so busy trying to get all my music onto it. now, all my music is on itunes so you can do the math on that. downloading all my cd's onto my computer onto the zune = hours and hours and hours and hours of work. i'm not even half way there. i'll be glad when its all over so i can delete all this music from my laptop and get onto listening to my zune. did i know i was going to have to do this, yes. but i thought it was worth it. i'll let you know when its all over and i'm ready to go.

ok, the next contest is coming soon.... looking at the poll, smiles is winning. should i broaden it to smiles/bliss? tell me what you think. of course, i'll be looking for corporate sponsorship again. if anyone would like to offer a subscription or features, let me know. i'll gladly take it.

did anyone notice that i'm not talking about personal stuff? not really in a good place right now as far as that's concerned......hopefully it will get better soon. i've not uploaded any more of the sunflower pics cuz i've not gotten to them. i think i'm scared to look @ the 180 or 200 photos of the fields i have. i'll get to it at some point. i just need to feel better first. take care guys and help me get the contest started! oh yeah - indiana jones is coming up! i can't wait.
